St Anne’s Church, Oxenhall

A Short History

In 2007, the Oxenhall Parish History Group drew on our research to produce a brief pamphlet for visitors eager to learn about the history and architecture of our landmark church. Over time, skilled craftsmen and artists have shaped this tranquil place of worship - from Norman stone masons and lead workers, to a noted local architect, Italian sculptors, stained glass designers, and a gifted sculptress.

Today, our community continues to uncover new aspects of its heritage while caring for the building so that future generations may enjoy it. To read more from the research findings, please access the pamphlet via the button below.
